The 25th Anniversary Bay Area Man & Woman of the Year Kickoff!

IMG_6640Last night The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Northern California Chapter officially kicked off the 25th Anniversary Bay Area Man & Woman of the Year campaign at the Carolands Chateau in Hillsborough! Over 100 guests were hosted to reveal and celebrate this year’s 14 candidates vying for the title of the 2015 Bay Area Man & Woman of the Year.

The evening featured an exciting program with an introduction from LLS Board Chair Tom Klein, a mission presentation from LLS Senior Manager of Patient Access & Education Lauren Hall, powerful speeches from the parents of the 2015 Boy and Girl of the Year Jack and Celia, and an introduction to the 14 candidates by Annie Flaig, 2010 Silicon Valley Woman of the Year and LLS Board Member. The entire audience was thrilled to meet this year’s candidates and was completely taken by the true heroes of the campaign, Jack and Celia!
