Announcing our Got Louie? Video Contest!

Louie Bonpua inspired the people in his life everyday. Now it’s time to share your ‘Louie’ and engage your supporters to participate in our campaign to inspire! As we celebrate the tenth anniversary of his accomplishments, we want to know: Who do you train for? Who’s your Louie? Through this project, we will be able to share stories while spreading the word about blood cancers and we want you to participate!

Here’s how it works:

  • Beginning June 27th you will have the opportunity to tell your Louie story by submitting a video into our Got Louie? Video Contest. We will publish the YouTube account username and password here on June 27th. Between now and July 23rd, when the contest closes, anyone can participate – as a team or on your own – the Got Louie? Video Contest is open to participants and supporters in the Greater San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay Areas.

It’s up to you how to tell us who you train for. The more creative, the better – the possibilities are endless!

  • Once you submit your video, you should share it with as many people as possible.  The contest closes on July 23rd but the top 5 teams that receive the most views by July 30th will be reviewed by the Got Louie? Friends & Family Panel to determine the first place prize winner. Remember to include your first and last name, email & City where you live in the video description area so that we can contact you if you win!
  • The winner will be announced on Monday, August 1st. The winner of the Got Louie? Video Contest will receive a gift basket of Got Louie? Gear and a two-night stay at the Marriott hotel of your choice (gift card total value of $400)! The winning video will also be featured on the Got Louie? homepage, Team In Training Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages, and the LLS San Francisco Chapter Facebook, Twitter, and Blog page!

*Please note that all videos should be kept under two minutes and all content uploaded should follow YouTube.com’s Community Guidelines
